Every new Force Multiplier subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Try your agent for two weeks; if it's not for you, get a full refund of your first subscription payment — self-serve, no questions asked.
What's covered
- Full refund of your first subscription payment. Setup support sessions and credits you've already used are not deducted.
- The guarantee applies to your first subscription only, and to one guarantee per customer.
Eligibility
- Within 14 calendar days of your first successful charge.
- First subscription only; one guarantee per customer (matched on payment card fingerprint and email).
How it works
- Request the refund from your dashboard. We issue the Stripe refund immediately.
- Your agent is paused, and we open a 7-day export grace window so you can download everything you built.
- After the grace window, the server is decommissioned and wiped.
Top-ups and support units
Credit top-ups and support units purchased within the guarantee window are refunded pro rata for any unconsumed inventory.
